2005
IMX forges direct Third Party Access contracts with all European postal services and gains access to their terminal dues.
2010
IMX launches its IMX Pack service range for parcel distribution worldwide, available with or without tracking. IMX becomes an international delivery platform for e-commerce.
2011
IMX creates the website www.happy-post.com to give private customers and small remittance customers access to all parcel shipping alternatives in France and Europe.
2013
IMX creates the website www.colisexpat.com to allow consumers around the world to buy from French and European e-commerce websites, have their purchases delivered to IMX in France and then have them forwarded to their country of residence.
2017
Investment company Pragma Capital acquires the IMX group
